Momentum Youth

About the group -

Who's it for?

13 - 18 year olds

Why join?

At Momemtum Youth we are focused on the discipleship and growth of our teenagers and equipping them to reach out to others. A ministry of Family Church catering for 13-18 years olds, Momentum Youth is the last step for youngsters in our discipleship programme spanning 0 (crèche) to 18, seeing them into their early adult years as they discover themselves in God. We can help them find their place in the life of the church and coach their personal development. It also presents a credible, youth-orientated evangelistic platform for our teenagers to reach out to others their age and express in their own words what Jesus Christ is doing in their lives.

When do we meet?

Momentum 7:15pm - 9:30pm Friday is our main event which includes:

social - dj, mo:bar
pre-show - you have to see our crazy pre-show, it cannot be described!
worship - contemporary youth-led worship from the mo:band
message - relevant life-changing message delivered by one of our youth pastors or by teenagers

Lad's Night - 7:30pm - 9:45pm Thursday evenings. Lads Night is all about lads learning to be real men of God, acting on intellect rather than instinct and connecting with God like they really want to, rather than how they feel they ought to.
